Delaere is an interpreter by training (English/Spanish).
He obtained a Masters Degree in European Studies at the
College of Europe in Bruges. In 1998 he started working
for the Coimbra Group of Universities as Project Manager
and became Director in 2000. During the five years he was
in charge of the Office in Brussels he gained extensive
experience in project and service contract management, project
writing and networking activities. He has many contacts
in the wider European Higher Education Area and good knowledge
of EU programmes in the field of education and research.
He is currently Managing Director and joint owner of Brussels
Education Services.

Noelia Cantero holds a law degree and
a Masters in European Studies from the College of Europe
in Bruges. She completed two traineeships at the European
Commission, (i) DG Education, Training and Youth (XXII)
where she was collaborating with the team dealing with European
policies in the field of education, and (ii) in the Asia
Invest Secretariat, evaluating and assisting with joint
Euro-Asian projects in the field of economic cooperation
and enterprises. Subsequently, she worked for two years
as Senior Policy Officer at the Murcia Regional Office and
Development Agency delegation in Brussels before taking
up a position as Communication Officer and Project Manager
at the Coimbra Group of Universities (2000 - 2005). She
is currently Managing Director and joint owner of Brussels
Education Services.
